I am in a trouble and need legal advice . I have been staying in a house for past 22 years paying 800 per month for the same . Today the landlord wants to sell off . I want to buy the same . Is there any law existing for the tenants like us that can provide certain discount for the long tenure of stay. If so please explain the calculation .
